THIS IS THE STORY  OF JOHN BLACK ex commercial pilot, and  his dream of restoring a veryderilect  BRISTOL FREIGHTER ex NZ  5906, into a world acclaimed restaurant 'WINGS CAFE' at Waihi Beach Airport NEW ZEALAND, the BRISTOL has since been sold and is now a hostel, damn shame as her engines were still okay. One can see the magnificent job John has done with the aid of some loyal friends..unfortunately this lovely old Bristol has left Waihi Beach and is now accomodation at Waitomo New Zealand...
